At Edax Microphones, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products.

All warranties are fully transferable between owners for the period specified for each series, beginning on the date the microphone or other producto was originally purchased as new.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any Edax product that fails to meet factory specifications, including issues resulting from manufacturing defects or imperfect workmanship.

For the microphones:

Our microphones include:

• 90-day warranty covering the capsule and tube.
• One-year warranty covering parts and labor for the amplifier and power supply.

To maintain a valid warranty, a completed product registration form must be received by Edax Audio Labs.

The warranty will be void if the product has been damaged, misused, disassembled, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Edax Audio Labs.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner. Please contact us before sending your microphone for service to receive detailed shipping and handling instructions.
